Shelly Prout is the Founder and Principal Insurance Agent of Centuri LLC, an employee benefits consulting and insurance brokerage firm specializing in voluntary and comprehensive workforce-benefits solutions. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she is known for her strategic, relationship-driven approach and her ability to deliver customized solutions for large, complex organizations.
Before founding Centuri LLC in 2019, Shelly built a distinguished career in worksite group benefits, serving high-profile clients across the private, public, quasi-government sectors, and labor unions representing thousands of members.
Through Centuri LLC, Shelly partners with leading carriers while leveraging the independence of her brokerage to deliver best-in-class solutions aligned with each client’s workforce, budget, and long-term goals. Her expertise includes voluntary benefits, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and employee engagement strategies that support recruitment, retention, and financial wellness.
